Se trata de un emblemático edificio que hasta hace pocas fechas albergaba el Convento de las Celadoras, situado a escasos netros de la Catedral y la Plaza Mayor.
Tiene previsto abrir al público en la primavera-verano del 2008, con categoría de 4 estrellas, servicio de cafetería, restaurante "El Aljibe" y sala de reuniones.
Cada una de sus 34 singulares habitaciones, amplias y exquisitamente decoradas, cuenta con una personalidad propia.
Están equipadas hasta el último detalle, baño completo, secador, minibar, caja fuerte, hilo musical, teléfono directo, despertador automático, calefacción, aire acondicionado.
El hotel debe su nombre a la Torre del Giraldo que formaba parte del recinto catedralicio y que lamentablemente se hundión hace ahora 100 años.
Por su ubicación y la calidad de sus instalaciones, el hotel está llamado a convertirse en el referente de la planta hotelera de Cuenca.

Located just steps from the Cathedral and the Main Square, this emblematic building served as the Convent of Las Celadores until quite recently.
The 4-star hotel is due to open to the public in the spring-summer of 2008. It will also feature a café, “El Aljibe” restaurant and a
conference room.
All 34 of its large singular guestrooms are exquisitely decorated and feature a unique style.
Even the smallest detail has been accounted for in the guestrooms, each of which includes a full bath, hair dryer, minibar, safe,
music system, private telephone line, alarm, heat and air conditioning.
The hotel owes its name to the Tower of Giraldo which was located just behind the Cathedral and which unfortunately collapsed
100 years ago.
Thanks to an enviable location and standard of quality, the hotel is due to become a reference point among Cuenca’s hotels.
